Hey guys, new on L2 Essence and i Wanna to ask you about some basic info. What is diference between Red and Blue realms? Timezones? What is benefit of playing dwarves (Spooiler,Craft)? In old lineage they were masters of adena making. Does they have some special way how to produce more adena income or items income in Essence? Or it doesnt matters at all? Thank you for your Answers
No difference between the 2 servers. Red has more RU players while Blue has less. They will merge later on, almost sure. Or not, since there will be "cross-server olympiads", allowing you to fight against opponents from the other server. They opened 2 just to avoid problems with over-population...that was quite a good idea, since if we had all the players in 1 server, at beginning, we would have needed 5 times the mobs we already have in game...and like, mobs are 3-4 times more than classic version. About dwarfs : they are both "useless". Crafter can only craft gear, even tho the system has changed and i've no idea how. Spoiler can spoil some extra material to fill the "random craft" gaudge, allowing you to craft, for 500.000 adenas, a random item out of 5 in the window. So in the best case you can see them as a "DD able to make just a FEW extra money", eventually.
I tried both servers. The only difference I got pked on blue a lot more while low level plus people on red seems to be more friendly and reasonable but thats 99% just a personal random experience. There is no difference. Pick your favorite color
To me you forgot to point out the more important thing. Innova already unleashed the first p2w event aka the jewel boxes but unless we are talking about lvl 5 jewels they aren't a game breaking item. The dragon pendants are a breacking game item for sure and i fear after the next manteinance we will meet them. For everything you will need to convert real money to adena because it will take a lot of time to get to lvl 66+ when you begin to farm for real and even at that lvl you won't have enough adena to purchase already made items. Eg. never try to overenchant an item by yourself or you will fail miserably. Purchase the item you need eg. doom hv +6 set from the players. Here it comes the biggest difference between blue and red servers, pkers apart. On blue server when it comes to convert real money to adena [aka to sell l800 coins you may purchase from the store] the players will give to you 2 millions adena On red server, instead, when it comes to convert real money to adena [aka to sell l800 coins you may purchase from the store] the players will give to you 3.5 millions adena In the long term it's like blue server it's already closed because no one is so dumb to pay the same to get the less. a l800 pack it's 2,5 € for the p2w events you will need at least 100 € x event so the sum you will loose on blue server for each transaction will keep growing and growing and growing
