About the +4 tattoos just go to aden grocery and check by yourself lvl 76+ required so yeah those lvl 72 na kiddos are pvping without 20k hps and the funnier thing is that they are posting the "hello i'm a lvl 72 nerd without hands but i'm pvping anyway" on youtube
