Er dunno about the link but hunting for SB drops is just not a thing, the easiest way is to make a new char and level it to 40 (about 1hour) to get the free SB box, if your TK then make light elves for evas spell boxes.
The time it's correct about 1 hour to make a toon and lvl it to 40 From my experience [more than 160 rerolls] if you lvl up a white elf toon you will get dark elves books and viceversa the only exception for the dark elves is the hide SB otherwise if you lvl up a dark elf you will end up with an human or white elf sb if you lvl up a white elf you will end up with human and dark elves SB so, in your case, just try to lvl up a dark elf toon at least 3 times Yeah i know it's boring just do 1 a day in autohunting mode. About your second question no at all. You will just be weaker due to the cubics you will miss Spirit barrier isn't that much of a deal I'm lvling a tk too so i know what i'm talking about My only suggestion it's to never overdo with the rerolls 1 a day it's more than enough even if you don't get the SB you need you can sell it and get the ones you are looking for Have a nice day.
It might be totally random accross the board then because I've had party recall, advanced block, spirit barrier, attractive cubic all from elves, I've also had CDL *shrug*
Yeah machinae i was missing the summon phantom cubic sb for my main a sk and i've tried more than 40 times rerolling only de then i rerolled a white elf and got it at the first try tbh it's a mess
