So, I wasted my time trying to actually play mage and supported my account with several € packs while everyone was telling me "dude just make kamael archer" after being constantly bullied and pushed out of farming zones I decided to make a kamael archer and well, it actually breaks the game. You oneshot everything with basic gear. I went to primeval at 40 and made enough adena to self sustain that character by dropping down 65lv monsters in two shots with insane clear speed. Basically: 1)make kamael archer 2)oneshot your way to endgame (in few days really) 3)start sending lamps to your main character, that will literally never even have to leave the town and deal with kamael archers taking entire fields within seconds Dont be like me and pay for the game. Its broken
Yeah. Dimensional merchant can seal (or whatever) lamps to make them tradeable within your account. Blue cost 90k adena
Be warned this system works only untill your main it's lvl 66 Then you have to actually play it and after lvl 76 find a cp.You have to overtake the horde with your mainConsider that on both servers there are more than 3k players lvl 65 66
Now i have more time and I can explain myself better. The l2 packs especially the new one, worth 8 €, do have a specific purpose so you can go till lvl 76 with the ng bow but you have to buy more of those packs aka lets be honest the c +7 weapon pack it's a total waste of money. Eg. after last manteinance, not this one but the one which occurred before, in went in patriot necro I was lvl 66 at last week, not this one, and patriot necro was a complete desert there wasn't anyone in there but me I went in there yesterday, 6 days later, and it resembled to me like the kamael archers annual reunion no joke there were at least 1k players in there trying to hit a mob 1st thing even if you are a kamael archer if you put 5 kamaels in a spot with 1 mob you will hit that mob once every 10 minutes 2nd thing this teaches to you the horde [the 3k players horde] is moving with you Or you will overtake the horde using the l2store packs or you will remain in there for months.
Even if they nerf the archery skills damage to half, making them two shot mobs instead of oneshot archers would still be a lot more efficient farmers and pvp than any mage or let alone the stupid useless melee in the game
Sooner or later "The death knight" update is coming. In that update all archers/mages are nerfed: Max cast/shot distance = 700 . So we will see how it goes (in pvp at least)
It will happen what happened since 15 years when a specific class it's too much OP they nerf it, badly, making it almost useless so be prepared to a mass reroll or to a mass quit for the useless melee well i'm seeing pvp videos where there are cp with 2 healers 1 se and 2 archers who is supposed to tank the dmg expecially now with the introduction of the dragon pendant? let alone that an amber lvl 5 can oneshot a se totally ignoring her cp pool This leads me to another point apart from some private shops on blue server the full red server and half of the blue one seem to me to be populated by 5 yo kids who never played l2 before amber lvl 5=topaz lvl 5=you can two shot any toon in olympiads unless it's a tank the lowest price of an amber box should be around 5kk each but on red server they are selling it for 800k eventually they don't even know what they've got and they are trying to sell
Agree tho that the current state of the game is stupid unbalanced and playing antyhing else than kamael bow is like playing with 60% handicap. Lowering the range will not do anything to the fact that achery is 3x stronger and 2x faster than any other skill in the game. Archers will just have to move two steps once every 10 min (lmao). And also when everyone has farmed insane amounts of wealth and lamps there will be no need to "reroll" you just feed 400 blue lamps to your next toon and get lv 70 instantly. 50% dmg decrease really seems reasonable because this is insane.
Don't be foolished A kamael archer by itself gives to you a tremendous advantage vs any other class in the beginning aka lvl 1 to 76-78 Ofc the russians who played essence for 6 months before l2 essence eu opened already knew it and now they have all a grade stuff, and i mean weapons, all oe at least to +7, so for the moment they have locked up both servers Anyway as i wrote above this applies only untill lvl 78 after that the lvl doesn't matter your output dmg doesn't matter your range doesn't matter it matters only your gear you have it? you're ok you don't have it? you're in serious trouble and by gear i mean only p2w gear eg a dude of a russian clan made the first cloack +8 in 2 servers that's a game breaking item another dude from the same russian clan made the first amber lvl 5 that's a game breaking item you can be a kamael archer lvl 90 but still you will be a two shot for whoever owns an amber lvl 5 I'll try to explain the mistake all the archers in here are doing when they hit lvl 76 their toon changes dramatically because they get access to lvl 4 tattoos so all of them go or full dex - con or full str - con they think hey whoever wants to pk me has to do first with the cp pool Bump wrong the amber totally ignores the cp pool so all in all even a lvl 90 it's a two shot moving target

They are playing with their previous data knowledge, something eu players dont have, unless they translate a site and that translation is not 100% accurate. So it means that the other players not russians are just stepping new ground, is not being better than other, people just play with the weapons they have access. so once again i repeat: "SK111 IS CANCER DISGUISED AS A HUMAN BEING".

Russians don't play, they work in this game, farm raids, gear, adena and sell it for real money, not all of but top nolifer clans for sure Remove ability to trade epics, p2w items and server will go empty in instant cos farmers will just leave to some other project where they can make cash, there are ru websites where you can buy everything that is trade able in this game
