At least buff the Blessing of Plenty

    The game is extreme P2W. Buff at least the Blessing of Plenty so it would make game more like subscription based.
    100% more l-coin rate -> 1000%
    10 xp/sp -> 100%
    SG consumption -20% -> -50%
