That app is just official replacement of teamviewer on phones. U still need to lunch game on PC to use that app.

About the mobile or pc thing It's simply impossible to see the icons on the right side of the screen on a tablet let alone on a phone let alone interact with each of those icons ofc you have to use the pc
Wow some of the new death knight's skills are awesome it's like chain strike + harmstring and that death shield .... Yeah it's the pc version the log in screen it's like ours
