Help - I'm completely stuck with all of my toons - Red server

I don't know what's happening
I was farming and i went outside 15 minutes
When i returned back in front of the monitor my toon was killed by mobs
and i can't understand how
i returned to the village [aden] but after that i can't move anymore
none of my toons can't move anymore
the scroll of escape doens't work
even if i port elsewhere i'm totally stucked with all of my 6 toons on red server
i restarted both the pc and the game several times but to no avail
still permanently stucked
the /unstuck command doesn't work

On the other side all of my toons on blue server aren't affected by this stuck thing
The problem is all of my assets [210 €] are on red server

@DIL what am I supposed to do now?

 

The problem was solved with the server restart.
Eventually there was a massive lag [2 to 5 minutes]
then the npc server went down [or was bought down]
then the lag on the main server went bigger and bigger
