you can have mutlitple accounts of course, but you cannot run more than 1 at a time on the same computer
Why not have like Lineage 2 Europe where you can run 2 if you have premium account? its already up and running so why not in essence? Im not that bothered personally, its a game I wont lose sleep if I fall behind in the race to stardom, better things to do, but it would be handy to have 2nd acc for selling in town, while main on Premium acc lvls, maybe this then would drop the lvling with sayha only issues everyone seems to have all the time
