Hello, How can i upgrade/Lvlup Talisman of venir? I bought 2 i though i could do it with syntesis and where i can get talisman of authority fragments?
Venir fragments sold by the dimensional merchant, you need to compound them rather than scroll click like the other talismans, not sure about authority.
