Hard to understand with that english. So, let's see : OL should be stronger than WC, due to debuffs and toogles. As gear, after 76 even light may be good since you will drain MPs (weapon mastery skill improvement). 1h blunt is the best so you can wear a shield, and since shields are no longer debuffed (-evasion) even daggers might use it now.

Kamalel doesn't play a 76+ shaman, both get 10% of dmg dealt as mp, melee or nuke. WC can VR off all skills (even when enemy has CP) and gets damage reflection. OL gets +650 pdef, extra 15% of his m skill cooldowns and spammable +200% cooldown debuff. And a few other buffs etc. I tested +7 c staff v +7 c 2h sword fatal strike spam, dmg about the same if having two good weapons is too much. Nuking is better dps unless area is resist of course.
