it is, especially because they gained critical chance on their 2 main damage skills with ignore defence/shield defence effects, plus a damage boost on stunned targets. however, in order to be competitive in PvP, it always needs the Light/Dark form lv2, wich can be obtained only by dropping the specific spellbooks from RBs.
