can not run in this locale

    Hey, how can I play from Canada? Can not run the game, both Rus and EU regions: "can not run in this locale" error pops up all the time.

    To run Russian version go to language settings, administrative options and set region or Russia. To run EU u probably need to change to a locale anywhere in Europe.

    I guess vpn service would do the trick but it could be a bit laggy.

    I tried VPN with choosen Belgium area and the same error... Never used vpn before mb do something wrong?
