New Year gift / Daily gift not working

    Anyone else had the same problem? In the launcher there is this Daily gift and its written Before 31.12.2019, but I can't receive it, it says there are no characters created within my account.

    Hello,

    this gifts are not for Essence client. Only that "Gift from Santa Claus" is for Essence.
