    Dear players,

    We always try to pay attention to our users' opinions and thoughts on how to improve our service as well as providing them with the best possible content.

    We would like to remind you that any type of harassment is prohibited. And this includes obstruction of the game process by extorting in-game values through threats of killing a character. That is why this was specified and the "Lineage 2 Essence Violation and Penalties" was updated.

    If you experience harassment, please create a ticket in our Support. Appropriate measures will be taken to the perpetrators.

    ⚠️Please note, that tickets with reports on something happened before 21.01.2020 will not be processed since the amendment enters into force on 21.01.2020.

    ⚠️Measures will be taken to those players who extorted in-game values through threats.

    ⚠️Measures will be taken only after verification by our specialists.
