hello I want to create prophet but I dont know **** how pp works on essence. Do we have here any wise prophets? My main questions are what type of wep is best for melee pve. I saw prophets with rapiers/2hand blunts/duals/1hand blunts i seen prophet with every weapon xD Same with sigil/shield what is better? What armor cus I heard heavy passive skill are bugged. Looking for some sexy pro prophet who will share with me his knowledege.
I am "only" lvl 81 Prophet on essence, so take everything I say with a grain of salt. As for PvE you have to stick with melee build. Use whichever weapon you can put your hands on that has good DPS. Put your Fatal Strike skill on auto. Personally I go with 2-hand blunt and good sigil. You can also PvE with shield + 1 hand weapon if mobs hit you too hard, keep in mind your 2 shield buffs. Regarding your armor question, it really depends on your level and play style. In the beginning I was running BW light set, which works well until level ~70. Now I'm running with Maj light for PvE/PvP and Maj Robes for mass PvP. For Dyes I use +8 STR -4 CON , +4 WIT -2 MEN. Let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you very much for your kind sharing, I couldn't find any material regarding the PP. My question is, how do you feel about PP, PVE, PVP wise? if only for PVE, is it a good class with decent income? given only standard gear, C weapon+7 BWL set.
Personally I really enjoy playing Prophet. You are PvE god with your toggles on, can solo where most can't. When in PvP you can play whatever role you chose - mage VS daggers/archers/tanks or melee VS mage/summoners. Very rewarding once you hit 3rd prof, with good adena income.
If as a PP you are farming using fatal strike 76+, that means you haven't invested into your char enough and haven't unlocked even 20% of its potential. At 76+ you should be aiming for at least 5k patk with rapier and farm with AA.
AFTER LV 65-70 GO FULL STR -CON, HEAVY SET, DUAL, 2HAND BLUNT, OR DAGGER, OTHEL . but if u have lot of $$ to use get a orfen lv3 and nuke all the way to ur victory. mele is the best option if u are going to be low budget player.
I do love PP. This class is a typical Marvel superman. (I have a credit card to backup my comment too)
any recomended set until I can go full A grade? what A grade pieces would you take? best rune for sword? Othell the highest the better? thanks
you can share your thoughts with all of us. In my opinion PP is most $$ dependent class on classic, but anyway 1-76(80 if you dont have good gear) - PL set +6 and 2 parts BW set / 2h sword, blunt or duals with hghest aore sc you can get / +12 STR 76(80) - end - You have two choices melee build (with is is expensive) MJ gloves and boots, DC helmet, and ICE set / rapier or dagger b grade 12 +++ with othell and tyrr sc. Without around 300 cryt rate its pointless to change to this build so stick with 1-76 build. Second option is mage build which is even more epxensive but I can tell you which items are best. You just need c grade staff +10+++, all you can get for mp regen and farm all day long on lizardman
PP is quite hard to play low level, when you go to 10 minute zone, I will die with melee setup (it's only low level zone 50 -59, the pp got full doomlight set and best C weapon) - other classes can easily auto through with c-grade stuff or even moon set. Do I have to switch to mage style just for the zone?
