    Is it the same as other grade weapons such as D,C and B grade? 66%?
    Is it lower? Please we need detailed information.

    i think is lower than 50% at +6 and higher, last time i check dvp online video when he trying to upgrade 10 piece of sierra sword. Cant reach to 6...
