    Should I buy the 3 packages to get the 3 helmets in one character?
    Is the helmet possible to be stored in coinexchange storage?

    Yes. You can combine the helmets appearance and their special effects into a single one. Yes, you can store them, so same race characters in the same account will be able to use it.
