Hello, I recently returned playing tank, i see that on many skills is written it "activates the SHIELD BLOCK BUFF for x seconds, but i never saw shield block buff at all. for ex, focus shield, raise shield, final ultimate defense all have written on skill that it activate shiedl block for x seconds, but it never does. how does this work?
