Do you mean mp restoration or consumption? If first make sure you are not in an overcrowded area, if you don't last hit or do majority of dmg to monsters you don't get your mp back - im not completely sure which one is the case. Also make sure you're not missing any previously used buffs. For example I can afk macro ivory tower crater with rose but without my damage is not enough to sustain my mana. If you think that your skills cost more mp than it can be that you leveled up your skills or that you again are missing some buff.
