less power of the characters?

Have they changed unless the strength of the characters?
for example:
Sayhar's Seer lvl102
M.Attack before update 54k
M.Attack after update 44k
V. casting before upgrade 2k
V. casting after update 1.7k
And the rest of the combat stats have also dropped

Sayha Seer gets nerfed every patch

well i checked screen shoot from 3 days ago and today, of course stats are not 100% same, as i leveled up, but it looks ok for me

 

clan active/passive skills, event buff, maybe some talisman etc?..
