Can't claim pack, also few others have reported same issue, on the other hand i know a few who got it... what's with that error?!
Hey, I had same problem, already reported that. Go to https://launcher.4game.com/ and take it from here.
I tried do it from the site but still couldn't... I asked a Russian friend of mine and he did it easily when he used my credentials to his browser at his Computer.. maybe is regional problem dunno.. either way you don't lose it, Maybe ask support.
