game launcher does not open and gets the black screen!!!

it started on 07/04/2020 the game would not open it had the black screen and when there was some signal that it would work it asked to install the game so that it didn't work, apart from the most annoying bug on the server that asks to log off the 2 accounts if you want to change characters or pick up an item in the char Bau, now we have this bug of n being able to log into the game ...
any answer from an administrator who can help me ???

Hey,

try this: Close launcher - press Win+R -- type %temp% -- delete dotnetbrowser-chromium folder, restart computer. If it doesn't help contact Support.

 

My "fix" : Show hidden items ( the small icon tray on the right, next to the clock) you find 4game icon, open contextual menu on it, select essence and then it loads all right.
