Why iss dominator doesnt buff clan members

I have an iss domi and it doesnt buff my other char , an they both are in the same clan. Anyone know why?

Doest it has fixed duration?

 

You click the buff once to activate it. The buff does not have a time duration, it is active until you either deactivate it or until the dominator dies and loses buffs somehow...

To use the dominator buffs to buff out of party you will need Spirit Ore. It costs 50x Spirit Ore for each buff you use. My advice is to skip resists and just use buffs sonatas and harmony and that's about it...
