Hello guys, i have a problem with Launcher. I download the latest version from site, i've installed, but when i try to open it appears "Yellow Spiral" and after 4 second he disappears and nothing happened... On the right of screen (near the volume/wifi/battery/clock) there is the 4Game Icon but after 3 second dissapears it too.. Wtf ? I have Windows 10, i never got the problem like this :O I use the 4G connection with my telephone on tethering wifi. But i think is not problem with internet connection, becouse on NcSoft i play with same connection with 7 client open and i never got lag. I already make a ticket, i got one reply but when i follow this step: Please follow these steps: Uninstall the 4game launcher application through the Control Panel ==> Programs and Components Press Win + R - enter %temp% and delete everything that can be deleted there Check that there is nothing in the C(or your system drive):\ Program Files (x86)\Innova\ folder; if there is anything in it, delete all. Press Win + R, enter %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Innova_Co._SARL\ and delete everything you find there. Reboot PC. Install the 4game launcher application by downloading its latest version from here https://eu.4game.com/lineage2essence/ Try to use the launcher Still dont work... Guys please help me D:
