Instalation problem

during instalation after chosing a place where game will be downloaded i encountered this error.
translation:

"system windows cannot find file (...). make sure that entered file name is correct and try again. to find a file, click start and choose search"

i tried to change file destination and reinstaled microsoft c++ package, but that problem is still happening. please, help

it seems your lineage2eu-4game.exe file is corrupted. try to download it once again.
just for case i will attach this file here.

if you still have the same problem please write to support and attach dxdiag file.

after redownloading the file it still happens. and i cannot create a dxdiag file, because it says that i don't have dxdiag file in my computer (i updated my directx 9.0c to june 27th 2010 version). what should i do? could i just download the game on other computer and copy it?

 

what operating system you are using ?

 

windows xp sp 3 with windows black 8.2v modification

on which point do you have the notification about dxdiag file?
1. go to "start";
2. choose "run a command"
3. in the window which would come up enter : dxdiag
4. after the utilities download press "save all settings " button in the down part of the window. data will be saved into the text file

please attach the screenshot. because the regular windows contains directx diagnostic tool.
