Dear Innova Team Hope you all are doing good. It is really sad what I have to say but it is the truth. First thing first If Innova Team can't handle being criticise things in the currently Server Essence EU will get worst and might have same fate as skelth however it will happen way faster. Once said that I will address some of the issues happening in game also in the community. Recently I have had countless issues while Farming in some places such as (TOI,OB), the issue happen after some while your character trying to land one hit as melee when a group of mobs get agro and suddenly you get delay and from now where u have range on mobs and u can't pole them anymore but they keep hitting you . * i am not the only one with this issue collected data from both server and friends have the same issue* Casualties happening after certain Events started, I believe Innova is well aware about lags, TOI bugs happening way more frequently. Apparently one server are being more effected by those issues then other. Cant tell much about all issues but if you check Discord you can see for the past 3 months something that were small issues becoming frequently and annoying. Community Have been playing on Innova since L2 classic EU was launched, Sadly I have to say it but Innova does not listen Eu community neither try. Instead of listening, they threaten anyone who complaints in a more aggressive away or they literately ban you from the communities platform. Last month saw a conversation on discord about Innova treating RU better then EU, Literally Innova treat RU way better than EU, don't get me wrong here I know and probably mostly of the player are aware that RU has bigger community and more player so therefor more support needed. However what is the point of INNOVA having a EU team if they can't make a fair and decent communication between them and the community ? Why don't treat equal ? ( ex: In my cp I have two Russian players and once asked them how RU community do towards INNOVA, He told me " they literaly Sh** on them " and Innova just take that and do nothing. Now I ask you if EU community goes hard on Innova what action will you take? Can't Innova Team take ant criticism and learn from it ? DO WE, EU COMMUNITY LOOK LIKE A JOKE TO YOU GUYS? It has been long 5 years since skelth was opened, half of the players playing Essence now have been played skelth others Core. Community Mods ask sometimes why people say thing that makes INNOVA SERVER looks bad to newcomer, Because it's is the truth. Since Skelth all INNOVA EU TEAM does is denying players base needs by not listen to them. I wish Innova could listen more do better approach community talking, We costumers, community members and players but above all these WE ARE LINEAGE LOVERS . Thank you. Sincerely Just a Player
Innova will milk EU until they have no profit any more and close the server. Exactly what happened with Skelth. No merge, a poor compensation to any other much more profitable project and bye bye.
