It may happen that when you start the launcher, it gets stuck at a black screen such as in picture 1. This happens on all supported windows versions and most ppl simply restart it until it works. I suspect it is a race condition between the 3 integrated browser instances, but it is pretty easy to solve. Step 1: Open Task Manager by right-clicking on the task bar or some other method and navigate to 4game group of tasks as in figure 2. Step 2: Notice the core browser task with the most memory in use and "end task". If it worked, the black window will turn white and the launcher will start. If not, will turn grey and there will be an error displayed. In case it does not work, simply restart the procedure, it means you did not close the highest ram usage instance of the three. Pay more attention next time
