Homunculus Experiment №190: Confusion Atk. Rate impact on Sayha's Seer skill damage

Goal: determine the impact of the Confusion Atk. Rate effect on the damage dealt by Sayha's Seer.

During the experiment a Sayha's Seer character attacked a Tanor Silenos Solider monster (108 lvl) and a Feoh Archmage character (110 lvl), using the following skills:

Conclusion: As the results show, the maximum damage from Confusion Atk. Rate is achieved by equipping two epic rings and one earring.

 

The truth is, I don't know why they ask the public what experiments they want, then they take out the ones they want without paying attention. Right now doing an experiment about sayha (without disparaging the main sayha) is like putting one of rates to get the zaken earring, something completely useless. Please do some work.

Now players are more interested in how they should go to the new leveling zones. What equipment should they bring? What characters are ideal for a full pt there? Those issues I have not seen anyone concerned about the confusion of a sayha.

 

This experiment is a ******** that sayha hits what feoh with not resist items and buffs? The worst part is if effect doesn't land damage also doesn't land.

Usualy i see all the effects in nicely dressed ppl like 2-4% and i have a lot of confusion and another attacks rate from jewelery, augumentation

Please do like with yul/tyr that damage is dealt no matter if effect lands.
