I was lucky to get a +8 Katana*Katana but it was on my Spoiler which I've now come to learn is useless as nothing spoils. Is there no way for me to transfer this weapon to another character on the same account? In order to create a Gladiator or Bladedancer who can use this weapon to more of its potential? Cheers.

you can get a coupon from the welcome pack in L2 store (free) along with Valakas Necklace and consumables, but be careful, it is only 1 pack per account, make sure you get it on the char you want to level up
