Launcher has black screen

    After my laptop turned off while ingame, i only have a black launcher window. I tried to uninstall and install via the main site. I also tried to copy the working innova folder from other PC, but the launcher is always a black window. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!

    - Close 4game app (make sure it doesn't)
    - Open the file explorer
    - Goto %temp% directpry (type it in the adress bar)
    - Delete all files/repertory inside
    - Reinstall 4game app
