I want to know how to remove weapon grade C seal

    Hi guys.
    I have a problem with the game. I craft a demon's staff in the random craft, however, it came sealed and I don't know how to remove the seal from it.
    Can someone help me?
    I'm starting now at L2 and if anyone can help me with that, I appreciate it very much.
