Is there any sense build character for totally full reflect dammage PvP or PvE If yes then what race and class is best for that? (Mean PvP or PvE or ballanced)
To kill someone with reflect, you need to have a huge amount of defensive items/skills, reflect damage and a ton of HP (More HP than your attacker). For that, it's either a tank or a healer (who can heal back himself) but the game evolved so much that such build became ineffective and you will die before being able to kill someone just by reflecting damage. If you take damage more than your HP, you will insta-die and no damage going to be reflected. If for example, you have 100k HP, a build of 50% reflected damage and you take 20k damage then your attacker will receive 10k damage on his face. But if he has 50% reflected damage resist, he will receive 5k damage. I don't have the exact formula so the math could be wrong. Best class for reflect is tank due his passive skills and raise/focus shield. You cannot kill with reflect alone, you will have to build up damage. Bosses and mobs have reflect damage resistance (some of them are immune).
