Extra shortcuts

I want turn on that option but i cant see adinnational shortcuts im sure they are off the screen coz i change resolution to lo.
When i change back resolution to high and click button then i still cant see that bar.
I dont want reinstall game, Where is the file with adinational bar position? Or how to reset it?
