Atk Attribute on pve

    ok straight to the issue.

    i saw no improve on hit dmg from 900 to 1300 attribute.

    so when does the attribute start to improve dmg?

    ncsoft wtf?

    update! 1400 holy attack attribute now. 0 dmg increase.
