Bugged skill from Othell Ghost Hunter???

    Hello,

    Is skill "Grimm Reaper Possesion" from Othell Ghost Hunter are bugged?
    This debuff almost never land, or if it land his duration is less than 0,5 seconds (should 5s).
    Its a unique skill from Ghost Hunter, but its totaly useless.

    Can somone chceck it?

    There are a lot of confusion resistance now on player, the stun won't land a lot.
