Divine Storm bug

    Sayha's Divine Storm not responding to
    - casting speed. 1999 cast and it takes the base 2.5s to cast. Other skill in same range is pretty much instant.
    - cooldown is fixed.. either skill description is incomplete or it's bugged

    Yes. fixed cast and fixed cd. it's not a bug.

    Damn, so just missing text....
    Was hoping to do 0.1% aoe dps in a party instead of 0.03% xd
