Extra maintenance on March 11th

Dear players!
From 19:10 to 21:10 UTC +3, an extra maintenance will begin on the server. It is needed to fix the Ancient Cloaks enchantment issue and eliminate its consequences. The time is approximate and can be changed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

About the reasons
* As you may have noticed, after the game update, a critical bug appeared in the game, allowing you to enchant the Ancient Kingdom Cloaks without reducing the enchant value by -1 upon enchant failure. Last night we urgently contacted the NCSOFT developers and informed them about the issue. Today we received a patch with a bug fix, it has already been tested and will soon be installed on Live servers.

Will there be a rollback of all game progress to yesterday?
* No, there will be no rollback, as this will result in the loss of all player achievements, including actions not related to cloaks.

What will happen to the cloaks already enchanted before the patch?
* During the extra maintenance, we will take the necessary measures to eliminate the consequences of the bug, namely, we will reduce the enchant value of all ordinary (not legendary) cloaks obtained when using a bug. Enchant value will be reduced at the time before the bug is used — March 10th, 2022 at 10:00 UTC +3. The enchant value of the legendary cloaks will be removed later.

 

The extra maintenance is prolonged until 22:00 UTC +3.
