IMPORTANT Season Reward Chest drop chances

There is an issue with the drop chances from a Season Reward Chest: the sum of the chances does not reach 100%, as a result, the description of the chest in the knowledge base contains the phrase "you may get nothing from the list below", this "nothing" is only 0.3%. The probability of dropping this slot is quite small. Note that the sum of the chances was originally planned to be 100%. We have already sent a bug report to the developers, we are waiting for a fix. It will be applied during the next maintenance.

In the meantime, all players who have opened Season Reward Chests during this week (until the next maintenance on July 20) will receive as compensation one Season Reward Chest for each "empty" opening, to receive a Season Reward Chest, please contact Support.
