What happened to the game? Where are my Characters?

    Sorry that I'm asking for that, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

    Last time I played was about September 2020. Now after a long time I decided to take a look back and when I logged into my account all my progress and characters are lost. What the hell happened? Was there a wipe ? All Forum Topics and stuff I can find are from 2021 or newer ...

    Please someone answer me ... I really really REALLY don't wanna start all over again like I did 3 times already since beginning of RO ...
