Maintenance on November 16

Dear players, the weekly maintenance will start on Wednesday, November 16, at 10:00 UTC +3. The expected duration is 2 hours. The time is approximate and may be changed.

• [All servers] The event "Sanctuary of the Dawn" starts (until December 14);
• [All servers] The offer "Pack of Seals" starts (until December 21);
• [All servers] The offer "Four of the Bag" continues (until November 30);
• [All servers] The offer "Coupon-mania" continues (until November 30);
• [All servers] The offer "Gifts of the Crusaders" continues (until November 23);
• [All servers] The event "Red Libra Guild" ends (until November 16);
• [Maroon] The offer "Treasure of Tower of Insolence" ends (exchange and crafting — until November 16).

Changes:

• Due to the end of the event "Red Libra Guild", the purchase limit and the price of the Class Change Coupon has been changed in the L-Coin Store. Now the coupon costs 5000 L-coins, limited to 1 pc. per month. The current purchase limits have been reset, which means that players who previously bought a coupon will be able to purchase it again after maintenance.
• Fixed an issue where the Prestige Coupon could not be used to exchange for items on Peri and Dewberry servers. More info about the problem: https://eu.4gameforum.com/threads/691111/
• Entrance to the dimensional zone Hellbound will be temporarily closed on Peri and Dewberry servers.

 

Please note that if you were planning to exchange weapons or armor within the "Red Libra Guild" event, but were unable to do so because of the issue related to the coupons recovery, then you need:
1. As part of a ticket to the Support Service that your item was not in the recovery list, indicate that you also planned to exchange this item during the event.
2. Identify a target-item you want to get.
3. Put the required number of Giran Seals (according to the description of the event) in the character's warehouse.

Please note that the Game Assistant menu contains a typo (+5 weapon instead of +7), there will be an additional client update during the day (without a maintenance), and the issue will be fixed.
