its really bad hotfix when othech char can use skill from 3rd class and feoh cant!!! it only on player if he using this skills or not if i cant use it why other can? why i can chose this skilll....? simply dont... same to other char!!! and by the way...i ask another feoh about it and he say he still can use it.
this was a fix sent by korea. the skill is now working as intended, they also stopped blade dancers and swordsingers from stacking songs and dances with harmonies. if you want to use emp echo you simply delete the harmony. regards.
