Finished activities:
— The Refine Hats Sets left the launcher.
— The HD refine sets left the launcher.
— The "Boosted Refinement Rates" event has come to an end.
— The "Colorful runaways" event has come to an end.

Changes:

• Fixed the functionality of the NPC at /navi prt_in 285/167 — Doram costume dyeing now works correctly.
• Fixed an issue where the Dragonslayer Sword did not deal bonus damage to certain monsters.
• Significantly reduced the number of Hode spawns in occupied territories after server restarts.
