Immortals! We'd like to introduce you to an update that will affect the mechanics of upgrading legendary weapons. Read on for more details Rebalance of weapons Every legendary weapon in the game has been changed. Nearly all abilities have been reworked and expanded. Weapons without abilities or those that accelerate the appearance of divine one are not considered legendary and cannot be upgraded. These weapons are now classified as Epic instead of Legendary. Upgrading Legendary Weapons After the update, all Legendary weapons obtained from any source will have 0% Integrity. To increase durability, you'll need the Essence of Battles. ItemDescription Legendary materials knowledge A magic tome with ancient runes on its pages. Activating this item unlocks a special quest that rewards the player with Violent Light after them complete it. Violent LightUse 10 Violent Lights to get the Essence of Battles. Essence of Battles Used to increase weapons integrity. Only applicable to legendary quality weapons. 1 Essence of Battles increase weapons integrity for one level (25%). Spoiler: Note Note: If you have 1 Legendary Materials Knowledge, the Essence of Battles, or an incomplete quest for obtaining the Violent Light in your bag, then the Legendary Materials Knowledge will not drop as a reward from Directives. The Legendary Materials Knowledge begins appearing in directive rewards when the player has a Legendary weapon with incomplete integrity in their inventory. Spoiler: Quest By increasing weapon integrity, you enhance its abilities. Spoiler: Example Weapons now have 5 integrity levels (0%/25%/50%/75%/100%), each unlocking stronger abilities. Flavius' special tools Two new Legendary Weapon modifiers have been added: Quantum Handler and Atomic Tuner, designed to alter primary and secondary attributes of Legendary weapons. They're available for purchase at the Market at any time. ItemDescription Quantum HandlerAllows to replace the main property of a weapon with another one. Only applicable to legendary quality weapons. Atomic TunerAllows to replace the secondary properties of a weapon with others. Only applicable to legendary quality weapons. Idols The game introduces 6 new items: Demon Idol, Phytonide Idol, Mechanoid Idol, Gorgonide Idol, Reapers of Death Idol, Oceanid Idol ItemDescription Mechanoid Idol When used, the idol is destroyed increasing damage to Mechanoids by 10% and defense against Mechanoid attacks for 2 hours. Bonus to defense depends on the number of party members: the fewer players in the party, the greater the bonus. Max value 28%. Additionally, increases damage by 15% to the following bosses: Double the Secret Oculat, Scissor Saboteur, Operative Secutor, Rethiarius Commander. Oceanid Idol When used, the idol is destroyed increasing damage to Oceanids by 10% and defense against Oceanids' attacks for 2 hours. Bonus to defense depends on the number of party members: The fewer players in the party, the greater the bonus. Max value 28%. Additionally, increases damage by 15% to the following bosses: Lorro the Cold, Alciona and Melia, Wise Latanu, Nautilus. Gorgonide Idol When used, the idol is destroyed increasing damage to Gorgonides by 10% and defense against Gorgonide attacks for 2 hours. Bonus to defense depends on the number of party members: The fewer players in the party, the greater the bonus. Max value 28%. Additionally, increases damage by 15% to the following bosses: Viper Lair, Kirsa and Rayna, Heavy Hydra Executioner, Hyscena the Torturer. Phytonide Idol When used, the idol is destroyed increasing damage to Phytonides by 10% and defense against Phytonides attacks for 2 hours. Bonus to defense depends on the number of party members: The fewer players in the party, the greater the bonus. Max value 28%. Additionally, increases damage by 15% to the following bosses: Caryolis, Malicenia, Siringe, Nephelis. Demon Idol When used, the idol is destroyed increasing damage to demons by 10% and defense against demons' attacks for 2 hours. Bonus to defense depends on the number of party members: The fewer players in the party, the greater the bonus. Max value 28%. Additionally, increases damage by 15% to the following bosses: Mash'haad, Zuul'gohar, Astral Twins, Nerig'khor. Reapers of Death Idol When used, the idol is destroyed increasing damage to Reapers of Death by 10% and defense against Reapers of Death attacks for 2 hours. Bonus to defense depends on the number of party members: The fewer players in the party, the greater the bonus. Max value 28%. Additionally, increases damage by 15% to the following bosses: Tribe of Shukur, Frenzied Carrions, Melegh, Imenad. Destroying an idol increases your effectiveness against the corresponding invasion army. Unlike Atlas abilities, these items can be used regardless of season and on any maps (except PvP-maps and Training Hall). The idol provides a boost against all creatures of the race it represents. Effects from different idols can coexist simultaneously. Can be obtained as Directive rewards or with a certain chance when rescuing mortals. Idol effects last for two hours of real time.
