cant log in at game!

i have downloaded the client from lineage2.eu i made account and guess what!
i press play from the site and nothing happens .i try to use l2.exe from system folder and it says me something in russian and after that it appears the black screen that appears before the log in phase of game and then dissapears.
about the frost updater.i try to update the frost updater from the frost folder it appears sth for 1 second but again dissapears.
what i have to do?please write me back soon
