New Armor mastery bonus for Yuls/Othels work at all ?

the grand light armor mastery skill for othell rogues and yul archers now has an additional effect that increases spd. and p. skill critical rate. these values may increase or decrease according to the character's dex value.

this is the info from lineage2.com about changes to skills.
after the update i check my stats( speed and crit rate ) and they was same as before,so this work at all?

i can see that it works on speed: you have only one point less of speed after the update with iss lvl 1, while in the screen before the update you had lvl 2 (less speed penalty from drum melody and more speed bonus from harp melody).

 

this is the point i have same stats as before and even i have +1dex so i must have more crit and speed after the update .....
for me this skill don't work as it's need to
