    hey all!
yesterday i downloaded the game but i'm having some problems with frost. when i click "play" on site i get the "loading" screen but it dissolves slowly and game doesn't start. so i've decided to open the l2.exe from the folder but at frost screen it freezes at 0% and i can clearly listen an "error sound", the game opens anyway but it keeps on the black screen before to close itself. so i've the decided to delete frost folder and game guard one and then use the fixer posted on the forum but it didn't work. i've decided to open "manually" the frosts files but the uptader tells me "create process :0 , lasterror : 2" and the lineage2.exe tells me "game path not specified". so i've tried to open the l2.exe in the frost folder and it asked me missing .dll (core.dll,window.dll , msvrc80.dll etc etc), i've the download and installed all the missing .dll but now it says " the procedure enty point ?apprandlnit@@yaxh@z could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\program files(x86)\4game\lineageii eu\frost\l2.exe.exe."

now i've really no idea of what can i do
actually i'm thinking the problem may be my os (windows 8,but i use it as my main os on my personal computer). i've stopped antivirus, firewall, put lineage2 folder in exclusions and much more, so the problem is the os? no way to play then? :(

(btw i dont really get why software house keep use systems like frost and gameguard which cut off 15% of the community cause of their problems...worse anti-hacking system released so far, imho)

    hello,

launching via the .exe will not work, you can only run the game via the website. and windows 8 is currently not supported as its not been fully released as yet.

    regards.
