Can`t start/update game

seem like frost do not want to update and save files in my computer.frost folder is empty.
downloaded full game x2 times. deleted frost + system + updater.cache.data and update x10 times.
button stay all the time on "update" status - screen:

when i check files inside frost folder - folder is empty, no files inside.

more info :
game was working till yesterday fine without a problems.
today after i click "play" frost do not start to load. and after i click "fix game" button change to update and stay like this till now.
i use windows 7 x64 , firefox 14.0.1
was using avira antivirus and game was working fine with it. no i uninstall and still game do not work.
windows firewall turned off too. still not working.


loose more than 10h with this please help.

 

well i have the same problem, cant launch the game whole day.

i fix it add this line in hosts fail in /windows/system32/etc/ " 109.105.154.3 frostsecurity.net "

 

i add too this line to host fine and work for now.
what is real problem my isp blocked something ?

the problem is not from innova internet provider here in bulgaria have problem..

 

i add - " 109.105.154.3 frostsecurity.net " in host file and now frost work for me.
ports still closed. do not understand enough to know what is problem and why this fix it. seem like all my port ate still closed including 80 and 17453 .

 

can u precise where i should place that fail or where i can find it?

 

is c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc hosts file. open with notepad and add the last line as shown in screenshot.
