skill enchant 9->10

hi, how it's with skill enchant from 9 to 10 there is information in game about 53% chance on 98 lvl, but i burned it already 4 times, and it was also hard for me to enchant from 9-10 on pts. it's realy 53% chance or its bugged?

 

on pts i did it 4 times at 1st try, just failed some from 8->9. i guess just bad luck.

 

just bad luck. 50% isnt so much and with small amount of attempts it can fail pretty often.

 

ok already enchanted at 8th try

 

i've got 1 skill enchanted from +1 to +10 w/o fail. altho i've been failing some other at 3 or 4 for example... just lucky luck i guess.
