    hello i begun to do one time quest sweet whispers [valley of saints 60+]. i started npc in rune, then talked with necromanser at antrance- everythink is all right, but cannot find npc hierarch. i have it on target, but i cannot see him or talk with him... on radar u can see that targeted npc is blinking stright under me
