Server timezone.

maybe you russians don't know but 70% countries in europe is time zone gmt+1, other 25% is gmt+2 and only uk, portugal and irland are gmt+0. also i belive some russian players would like to join european server and they are gmt+4. so when you look at this the best solution is server time zone gmt+2/3.
you maybe say its not importent, but when you got at least a bit of real live (school, job, and so on) you prefer to play at day and sleep at night.
think about this.

lol gmt +1 is perfect location for eu server.. ru got their own so who cares...

i'm gmt +0 and i'm used to gmt+1, and since most of europe is gmt+1 that should be the way to go.

 

i have nothing against russian players, they are very pro and they should feel free to join eu server also. and remember that part of russia is europe also.

 

i don't care if they join or not.. but i wont let my timezone get adjusted to theirs so they can play "daytime"

 

when you live in germany right now with server time zone gmt+0 you got olympiad open 19:00 - 01:00.
when server is gmt+2 olympiad time would be 17:00 - 23:00 it is not better for you?

 

so, why server timezone should be gmt +2/3 since most of players are gmt +1 ???

a lot of people cannot play since 17h too. i think it's more important to be there at the beginning that not to be there for the ending.

 

server timezone is going to be gmt +0, the russian population have their own servers if they wish to play here they will have to adapt. yet i doubt that will be too much of an issue for the ones wishing to do so. : )

bah i think gmt +1 is perfect for 95% of player, so i dont understand why all server use gmt time....
